Transparency & Monetisation
Neuros exists to help individuals and families explore private ADHD and autism assessment options with clarity and confidence.
This page explains how Neuros may generate revenue, and how we ensure commercial relationships do not influence our editorial content.
Our commitment to independence
Our primary responsibility is to the people who use Neuros. We aim to present information in a fair, accurate, and neutral way, regardless of whether a provider has a commercial relationship with us.
We do not sell editorial rankings or recommendations, and commercial relationships never determine how providers are compared or described.
How Neuros may generate revenue
Neuros may generate revenue in the following ways:
• Some providers may pay to receive relevant enquiries from users who choose to share their information
• Some providers may participate in clearly labelled sponsored or featured placements
Revenue helps us maintain the platform, keep information up to date, and continue improving the experience for users.
Sponsored and featured placements
Sponsored or featured placements are clearly labelled wherever they appear. These placements are separate from our editorial guides and comparisons.
Payment for a sponsored placement does not influence how providers are selected, compared, or described in editorial content.
What providers cannot pay for
Providers cannot pay to:
• Be included in an editorial guide
• Appear higher in an editorial list
• Be described as “best”, “recommended”, or equivalent
• Influence how information is written or presented
User choice and consent
Users are always in control of whether they choose to share their information with assessment providers.
Providers only receive enquiries from users who have actively chosen to engage and who may be seeking relevant services. Neuros does not sell personal data.
Why transparency matters
We believe transparency is essential when supporting people through important personal decisions. Being clear about how we operate allows users and providers to engage with Neuros confidently and appropriately.
